How do I sign up for

Simply click the "Sign Up Now" link at the top of the page and fill out the forms. It's free to sign up and takes only a couple minutes.

Can I setup service for friends and/or family members?

Sure! Just sign up for an account and go to your user control panel. Once there, you can add additional phone numbers to your account and purchase services for them.

I just signed up for your service, how long does it take to go into effect?

All of our call services go into effect immediately. For monthly or yearly service, your first call will only be scheduled on the day you signup if there is at least one hour between when you order the service and when your first call is supposed to be placed.

Which payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How many phone numbers can I have setup under my account?

We have a limit of 5 phone numbers per account for wake up and reminder calls. If you need additional numbers on an account please contact support to have your limit raised.

I need to cancel my service, how do I go about doing that?

Login to or call our server at 866-690-9253 and select option 2.

I've forgotten my password, can you tell it to me?

If you've forgotten your password, use our password reminder tool to have it e-mailed to you.

Does your service work on a cell phone or numbers with an extensions?

Yes! works with virtually all phones, land lines, cell phones, VOIP lines, and even phone numbers with extensions.

Will work if I have an answering machine?

Yes. Just make sure that your answering machine does not answer before your phone rings. Otherwise you won't hear the service!

Why does my phone display 'Out of Area' when you call?

We pass a 10 digit phone number to our network which will hand over the call to your local network making several connections on the way. It is up to the recipient network to pass this caller ID parameter. It is not unusual for a receiving network to use alternative routing, which occasionally strips or modifies the ANI causing the caller ID to be lost in the transmission. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to correct this since it relies on phone networks out of our area. We hope this doesn't cause any problems for you in receiving your service, but if it does, please contact us and we will open a support ticket with your local carrier immediately.

How do I know what time zone I am located in?

The United States spans 6 time zones. It shares the main four time zones with Canada (Eastern Time, Central Time, Mountain Time and Pacific Time). Hawaii Time and Alaska Time are separate time zones for United States customers and Atlantic Time is a separate time zone for Canadian customers.

I have housemates that would like service but we all share one phone. Can we all get service?

Absolutely! Just make sure that each person getting service selects a different PIN when ordering service.

How secure is my credit card information?

Your credit card information is securely processed by the nationally recognized ECHO Company. This company processes many of your transactions in stores across the US.

Are there any fees other than the monthly fee?

Absolutely not. There are no start-up or cancellation fees of any kind.

I have monthly service. How do I change my wake-up times?

Login to or call our server anytime at 888-584-4452and select Option 1. If you don't want a wake-up call for a certain day, press the star key, " * " when prompted for the hour of that day.

How do I continue my monthly membership?

You don't need to do anything other than make sure that we have a valid credit card for you at all times in our database. Our server will automatically renew your monthly membership every month until you cancel.

How can I change my personal information, should it change?

Login to or call Vigilant Systems at 888-584-4452 and select Option 3 to leave a message. If you have changed your phone number due to a move, then simply let us know old number and your new number. We typically make the changes within 6 hours of message receipt.

How can I contact someone at for help?

What different greetings are available for my wake up calls?

You have the ability to choose one of our pre-recorded wake up greetings in either a male or female voice. Or, you can use one of our special add-ons like daily local weather reports, top news headlines, joke of the day, psalm of the day, quote of the day, and fun fact of the day. You can also choose between a male and female voice for those options as well. In the near future we'll also be adding many new options as well!

How does the snooze/call back feature work?

You have ability to choose between 1, 3, and 5 snooze calls. If you elect to use our snooze service, we will place your initial wake up call and will continue to call you back in 5 minute intervals until either a) you pick up the phone and press 1 to confirm you are awake, or b) your remaining snoozes have run out.

How do I change my wake up call times and/or dates?

All members of have access to an online control panel where they can make modifications or add/remove calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Can I type my own message to be played back for reminder calls?

Yes, using our text-to-speech tool you can type in a message to be played back to you for reminder & group calls.

Do the reminder calls also have a snooze/call back feature?

Yes, you can choose from 1, 3, or 5 call backs for reminder calls

How do reminder calls work?

Reminder Calls are made by a computer that dials your home, cell, work, or other number. Your reminder message will be delivered once you confirm acceptance of the call. You can select from our many pre-recorded reminders, or you can create your own

I need to call over 100 people can you handle that volume?

Yes! We can handle tens of thousands of calls without a problem, please contact support for our discounted bulk prices!

Am I able to import a list of phone numbers rather than one at a time?

Yes, our number import tool lets you upload a list of phones numbers making calling large numbers of people very easy.

Why would I purchase credits for services?

To save money! If you use our one time or reminder calls often, you can save a substantial amount of money by buying them in advance.

How can I see how many more credits I have left to use?

In the bottom right hand corner of the control panel, there is a box that lists the amount of remaining credits left in your account. If you have no credits remaining, this box will not appear.
